I have decided to spread the word on the Irish Metal Scene by talking to similar bands elsewhere in the world. I'm going to give them a Spotify Irish Metal playlist to listen to; compare our scene with their scene and hopefully build a relationship that might see a band from Ireland play in their country or vice a versa. The second of these interviews is in Adelaide, Australia with local thrash legend Chris McEwen, vocalist/bassist of Hidden Intent. Myself and Joe McGuigan (new co-host & bassist with Gama Bomb) talk to Chris about gigs, music and discover that Joe and Chris share a lot of the same things, both are bassists, both are recording new albums in 2020 and both are in bands that have toured relentlessly.
